kamper - take it easy on the ankle. I sprained mine on 2/13 and didn't take it easy. now it still aches and I have to wear a brace when I run. I hope I'm able to follow my own advice in the future.

Thanks, I guess I will, although it's tough :p I feel like I ought to be sucking it up and not making excuses not to run.

Lol, you'd think they might notice that and even if they couldn't change the real distance, at least push those signs together :p

Haha, it turns out that the "1k to go" sign was just in the wrong place - it should have been back where the 9k marker was. I plugged the course in on mapmyrun.com and it is exactly 10km, so there you go.

I was wrong; no BS "unofficial" PR for me :D. Still happy with the race though.

@ Scorch - cheers man! Remember, as the official "mileage whore" around these parts, you're far from a slacker. I just hope you're tapering - only a week until Boston!

5 x 600m tonight, 1 min recovery. (1:57, 1:50, 1:55, 1:53, 1:55). Felt sharp, although the second one was too quick lol. +9
