Thanks, I'm trying. The hardest part is being patient and NOT running, which is killing me! I injured the muscle on Sat. and tested it with 4 miles on the treadmill on Tuesday, which just ended up aggravating it. Not so smart on my part. So frustrating. I get that same effect. I think maybe the running causes the joint to warm up and ease whatever is causing the pain, but that's just speculation on my part.
