$100,000 basketball card?

I wouldn't buy anything from someone with such awful HTML skills...huge letters, all caps, loud colors...the only thing missing is <blink> tags!

so lame and I agree with Mopeds. It's sad that we live in a society where someone can drop so much money on a piece of cardboard with a picture of a black man who plays with a ball while some people are barely surviving

It's HTML bling bling

Auction be flossin yo

I was about to bid on it until I saw him charging sales tax. Hmph, as if paying $100,000 wasn't enough, i'd have to pay $7,250 in freakin tax!

For a couple grand I'd provide the service of acting as an out of state middleman and purchase it for ya so's you wouldn't have to give the State of California _all_ that dough. 😀

This guy should have had this auction end before the finals were finished. His potential return has taken a pretty dramatic dive considering how badly the Lakers got whipped on.

Personally, I'm just glad Karl Malone is not going to get a ring. That guy is such a no-good cheapshot artist that he deserves to retire unfulfilled. It's funny that he'd suck down the massive salary cut to try for the ring this year after so many years sucking up all of the Jazz's money & not adjusting his salary so they could afford the personnel to make the Jazz serious contenders.

On the other hand, I'm a Blazers fan and it is ironic that 4 months after splitting Portland, 'Sheed has a ring.

Never felt the same when Malone played for the Jazz (Utah in UTmtnbiker). However, since he left, I'd tend to agree with you on all respects.

wtf, $500 for a pack of cards? I remember when i was a kid thinking $3 for a pack of cards was outrageous! 😱

Okay, I'll bite: What does the race of the player on the card have to do with anything?
