To make what could be a long post short. My current tv at the moment where I watch about 1-2hours worth of dvds each day is a good old RCA 27" curved entertainment series Tube TV. Attached is a ps2 for dvds. Fantastic don't you think?
I told myself I would wait for the next gen dvd war to end in order to throw down on a new setup.
And here we are.
The 50" HDTV
For my dvd player/Blu-Ray I will be picking up a PS3 but I am going to wait a bit for when they refresh the high end SKU which is rumored to be in the coming months.
As for Audio, I posted a thread earlier and I think as it stands right now I need to do much more research in this category. Besides where I live currently wouldn't welcome a barking dog and an uber sound system.
