Darryl Wu, 10, of Washington State, took the college-entrance exam for fun late last year when his older brother took the test.
"Seventh and eight graders can start taking the SAT," Darryl Wu said. "So my brother is in seventh grade, so I was wondering how I would do."

The younger brother scored a perfect 800 on the math section of the test.
Just for perspective the average high school senior's math score was 518.
There was no word on how the seventh-grade brother did.
Darryl's room is filled with advanced books and science magazines. Reading is a favorite past time.
Darryl's immediate plan is to graduate from fifth grade and maybe he'll be taking the SAT again with a goal of getting perfect scores in reading and writing.
