1. They don't diet
2. They keep track of their weight
3. They exercise regularly because simply moving around is a goddamn workout
4. They solve problems with food, because solving problems is important
5. They stop eating when they're full because nobody wants to explode like a seagul on alkaseltzer
6. They don't surround themselves with temptation, their ass is so fat they usually surround the temptation
7. They allow themselves treats
8. They eat breakfast, just sometimes 2 or 3 times a day
9. They move, stand and fidget more because it's hard to pry our fat asses out of that really comfortable couch over at the neighbor's
10. They don't skip meals

I do like how #7 came through unscathed from the original.

Seriously though, I think I'd be in much better shape if I just didn't eat anything after dinner. That snack before bed is probably the difference between my optimal weight and the 20 lbs I want to lose.
