10% off Dell with DPA? Where's the link?

I've seen people mention getting 10% off Dell purchases with their Dell Prefered Account but I have yet to find out how they do it. Is there a link on a discount site or is there some other way of getting the discount? Could someone please bless me with their knowledge on this topic.I have a DPA and I feel like I've been missing out on some significant savings.......

Second, the 10% DPA has expired...right now you can only get 2%
