You will have to look for the 10% off coupon code floating around (it can be found at such sites as techbargains.com), but here is the link to the video card:

http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10377565&loc=101

$412.99 - 10% = $371.69 free ground shipping

It also can be used on any other item in stock, the coupon expires on 8/31.

Here is the Asus link:

This deal is warm, except for all the stuff this card comes with. A free webcam and an incredible game bundle. Good Luck they only have a limited stock.

I've never had any problems with them, but I didn't check out their ratings, they are pretty horrible.

after reading those.....I'm starting to wonder about reseller ratings now. I took a look at a few sotres like circuit city, comp usa and other big name stores and their ratings have all gone to crap, but people here seem to rush out to them with money in hand. Are reseller ratings reliable? Or is it that people just don't care who they give their money to.

Not to thread crap but there tech support is horrible. I have this card it is not a bad card. You do need to get past a certain Bios level though and if you are just buying it you will probably be OK. Any way this is my exchange with there tech support. Start at the bottom because it is an on going e-mail. Also they have two different tech support groups that do not talk with each other. The one in CA(I think) still has yet to call me back and it has been over a week. The other that this e-mail is with is in Alabama. While they have called me back and sent me the bios I needed it was not and XFX modified BIOS it is a stock one from NVidia. Slower core speed and memory clocks.

Dear customer:

You can download BIOS from your motherboard manufacturer.

I do not want to use a third party bios on my card but are saying I would have to? Check out this thread.

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?s=&postid=3055234#post3055234

My bios version is 5.40.02.10.04. In the forum someone who just got his card is running Bios version 5.40.02.15.04. There are apparently known issues with the 6800 ultras with older bios that upgrading past 5.40.02.10.14 fix. So let me recap my original question where can I get the updated bios? I tried connecting to ftp.xfxforce.com site but it does not allow anonymous connections. I can get the NVFlash utility at several places but I would prefer to have the latest bios from XFX. I think it would be stupid to fix the lockup issues I would have to RMA the card just to get a bios update.

Thanks,

Granamere

Dear customer:

This unit does not need firmware/Bios update because it does not have it. All you can do is update the drivers from www.nvidia.com.

Yeah, that is kind of bad. Nevermind that is some of the worst technical support I have ever seen.

Just FWIW that asus card isnt a GT from what I've read. Its a glorified 12-pipeline 6800. Even with the better and additional memory vs standard 6800 vanillas its not going to keep up with a 16-pipeline GT.
