However, I got a warning from Google. I signed up a google account last year, I did not remember my account details, so I signed up another one. Obviously it is not allowed: the shippment was sent before they caught it. One strike = $10, is worth it?

Well if they were amazon, they would charge you account another $10!!!

This is a one time only deal right?

I have no idea. I received Shop4tech email, thus how I found the google checkout discount and 10% Shop4tech coupon. I went back to read terms, I can't find rules indicate one can't sign up multiple accounts, I assume Google check name and address against their data. You can give it a try, I got a warning, not charge $10 back - is the $10 discount worth it?
