No reason to be paying 30 grand for a (ab)used RDX in this market with such awesome deals on new cars.
I am seeing Infiniti EX35 Journey go for ~30K new on Carsdirect.com (which buys from dealers, so dealer should be able to beat their price)
RDX goes for $30,600 new. Why on earth would you get a used one?

Are we talking about the same car? The price, at least on Acura's site for an 09 RDX w/ Tech Pkg start at $37,195...where can I buy a new one for $30,600?

With tech package it's $33,600 there, meaning dealer can do better, since they buy from dealers.
I don't know about you, but I'd rather pay 3 grand more to get a brand new car over a (likely) abused loaner.

If I were you, I'd take that carsdirect price, then email it to a bunch of local dealer internet managers (you can do it through edmunds.com, or other sites where you can request quote, or directly) asking them to beat it.
Then when you get replies back, play dealers against each other until they don't come down on price anymore.
BTW, I'd personally rather have an Infiniti EX-35 over an RDX. Better engine (V6 vs I4T) and better platform, and I like interior more.
