Israel, Singapore, Greece, Netherlands, and the UAE

One thing that struck me is that nearly all of the countries in the top of the list surround the (surprise, surprise) Middle East. And that how far the US is down the list.....

I would agree but some would be a bit closer to us now then they were in 1995.
