The scariest thing is the people I would advocate attacking next have some pretty large forces. Definately need tactical nukes there. Iran, Pakistan,and NK.

"Manpower" doesn't tell you much, considering that things like air force, navy, special forces, etc. all influence the effectiveness of an army in a way that a simple headcount cant reveal.

Manpower means a lot more than you think especially if it is a defensive situation.

as far as in relation to size... I would think that it would be countries with mandatory army service.
i did a search on google and the best I could come up with from other sites(countries under 20 mil):
Israel, Singapore, Greece, Netherlands, and the UAE

(Please note that China and North Korea are not in this list, love to know what those figures are).

One thing that struck me is that nearly all of the countries in the top of the list surround the (surprise, surprise) Middle East. And that how far the US is down the list.....
