There's two vehicles that are just really sticking out like sore thumbs in this list.

The only thing I see that could be taken as out of place is the civic. Although they have a very high theft rate

Yep, high theft rates and the fact that teenagers often drive civics and often hit things.

Yeh, it's weird that those two econbox vehicles are lobbed in there with 30k SUV's and 40k+ luxury sedans. That, and how many Mirages are even on the road???

I wouldnt even think of Mitsubishi Montero Sport at the top .... let alone having a Mitsubishi Mirage Coupe, i havent even seen more then 2 mirages out here in the bay area...
