10.8.3 Issue with Safari?

Hello everyone. Although many of the users have stated that 10.8.3 is a great update and indeed it is, I have come to find that some websites in Safari lag a bit when "Pinch-to-Zooming". I tested it out on a couple of websites and have found this issue to be rather annoying. When pinch to zooming in or out, the the FPS of the zooming is significantly slower than 10.8.2. It also seems to render much slower when displaying the new zoomed in image. I tested this out in Webkit nightly afterwards and is wasn't an issue at all. Hopefully it is just a Safari bug but didn't know if anyone else out there was experiencing this.
 
I haven't noticed this but I also don't pinch zoom anything in Safari except when I accidentally trigger the gesture.
