10/25/01: OFFICIAL (RETURN) SMACKDOWN is BOOTY: why wwf is screwed

Last Raw was horrible. Why?? Because it is what wrestling is supposed to be... Why is that bad?? because wwf is so far currently from decent wrestling that the event was horrible.

Whats wrong with WWF/WCW/ECW:

1. Belts aside from the WWF title dont mean jack.
2. WCW highest title, is on a scrub. Bischoff knew it...I know it..Jericho is a scrub.
3. NO one in the wwf sells for the newcomers. RVD is only getting attention because people reacted, and mcmahon was like, "oh crap, this guy can make me money". at least mcmahon got one thing right.
4. Booker T the franchise of wcw, is an idiot. He was a great (decent...maybe is a better word) face in WCW, at least people got off their seats. Now he is a blithering idiot who shakes his head at his hand.
5. MIKE AWESOME = JOBBER???
5. XPAC still has a contract. nuff said.
6. Stone cold should be on his own trying to kick everyones ass. Stone cold is useless as a wrestler. He is god as a new type of heel type face.
7. HHH...DO NOT BRING HIM BACK AS IT WILL SUCK...save it when the company is toe up cuz they put on crap.
8. SHOOT HEYMAN...he is annoying.
9. Stop letting stephanie book matches.
10. Why isnt the big show doing something other than comedy?

crazy thing, raw had clean matches...they all sucked.

um....you do know wwf bought wcw...and ecw is dead...heyman is in the wwf...and they are using ecw and its name, logo, etc.

1. You're right on this one.
2. Sorry, Jericho is a crowd favorite who's great on the stick. If he adds a few more moves, he'll be great. Obviously, you missed the year where he was the best (not top) heel in WCW.
3. That's the way things should be. It keeps up locker room morale. Face it, not many wrestlers like Goldberg. Have you already forgotten why Steven (William) Regal got fired from WCW?
4. BookerT isn't the franchise. The WCW name is Flair, Nash, Hogan, and Page. Only one of them is wrestling for the WWF. Some might include Steroid Steiner. Personally, I never liked him much.
5. That's about right. Mike Awesome is in the correct place. In ECW, Taz(z) was better than Awesome. It's still that way. If either of them deserves the push, it's Tazz.
6. (or is it 5 again?) X-Pac has a contract because he has friends. I've never liked him much, but I guess I'm not supposed to.
6. SCSA has been a great heel. The few times he's wrestled, he's been great.
7. HHH will be a great boost in the arm for the WWF. He's the best wrestler and character the WWF has. I hope his return is Survivor Series, which I will be attending!
8. Heyman isn't anywhere near the pervert King was, but he's great on color. Just because you don't understand the big words he uses. j/k
9. Yes, I agree. And get her skank ass off my TV. Before she became the boob queen, she was hot. Now she's just another slut. More Lilian Garcia!
10. The Big Show isn't the best wrestler...but he can be damn funny!

actually, here is what i feel about jericho:

He has the same moves..you are right, if he gets THAT much of a push, he should at least work on some in skills

i have yet to realize WHY people like him...i think his skits are annoying, especially the latter ones as he is trying to be as witty as the rock and just looks like the rock is picking on him. i think if he is going on a new road, he should start lower, like a fued with someone like test. (wait..didnt that happen?? im tired..)

booker T = franchise....i mean its what WCW was pushing, but yes, franchise would be flair, sting etc. you know what i meant. kind of like what angle is becoming.

awesome is useless right now...if he wasnt there no one would notice...

I think WCW had a good point when they made Lance storm what he was....arrogant...classy, WRESTLER...not actor...he came off as a great heel because he was so fricken good that you hated him. thats what the belts need....they need booker T on the WCW belt somewhere were no one can beat him....they definetly need BIGPOPPAPUMP as a champion again where he just turns people into mustard...make it where WCW actually does something other than job...

the rating was a 3.9 or so i think for RAW...at least we agree something needs to be done.

Ever since Jericho's Cruiserweight feuds with Dean Malenko in the WWF, I've just loved everything he's done. After beating Malenko (who called himself man of 1000 moves), he spent 15 minutes (through comercial), explaining how by beating Malenko he's the man of 1001 moves (Malenko's plus the one used to beat him) by reading off all 1001 moves he knew. It was a tad long, but I thought it was hilarious.

I'm still a fan of Lance Storm from the ECW days. I would love them to recreate the Impact Players with Justin Credible and hire Dawn Marie *drool.*

Supposedly, Nash's TW contract ends in December. Of course Hall really has no contract. There have been talks that Vince is going to bring the two of them back (probably pushed by HHH and X-Pac). When they're on the game, they're great. Otherwise, they're rumored to cause locker room problems.

perhaps you are missing the fat that the majority of the people watch wrestling for the storyline and not the fake fighting. its a soap opra live with it. it dosen't matter how good they can do fake wrestling stunts.
