I recently purchase a Sony LCD and a surge protector from Dell's Home & Home Office section with the 10% coupon PLUS $100 off $400 coupon. OK, I know the offer says I can't combine coupons, but for their mistake, I did. So the total comes out to be $628.02. I was such a happy camper.
Few minutes after the order, I got the confirmation email and realized I am being charged $705.41. I know this is still a good deal, but I just don't think this is right because their website clearly said the total amount for the purchase will be $628.02. I shouldn't be the one responsible for THEIR mistake. (They should hire a better website tester anyway, no offense.)
Anyway, what do you guys think? Would I stand a chance of getting my $70 bucks? (Of course, that is if they decide to response to my email at all. I have tried calling the phone number they listed in the confirmation email but no one is ever there to answer the phone. Two emails in three days have no response either.)

> Total Price: $808.90
> Total Discounts : ($180.88)
> Adjusted Total: $628.02
