I put garlic in almost everything I cook. Don't think it's a spice though...
 
I think garlic is a spice... I mean, when you grind it up and dry it out, it's a spice. (garlic salt/powder/whatever). I like fresh basil myself. I like tossing fresh pasta with lots of basil and cracked pepper. Cover with a good sauce and the ladies will be impressed! Or not.

Yes, they will. The Ladies love a man that can cook.

And guess what? If you're unlucky enough to go out on a first date with a woman that doesn't care that you make a mean pasta sauce, dump her ass back at her house ASAP, go home and make yourself a nice dinner.

You'll have a happy tummy, and there's always the internet and your right hand for a quick fix to take away those "Another wasted date blues."

That said, my GF loves my pasta sauce...and she doesn't leave after dinner. 😉
