Ive got an opportunity to upgrade my LC-52D64U Aquos that I bought last year at Sears (floor model for $1069.99 incl tax) to a brand new Sony Bravia KDL52V5100.

I would sell the AQUOS for $800 to a coworker, and the new Bravia is going to cost me $1074 after bing cashback. I have already placed the order from Sears and its awaiting pickup, and the coworker is practically begging me to sell him my 52" AQUOS. BCB is already pending as well.

Aquos is 1080p, 24Hz, 2007 model TV.
Bravia is 1080p, 120Hz, 2009 model TV.

Both are 52" models.

Is it worth the $274 to upgrade to the new TV? Or just keep the AQUOS, which I am happy with?
