Words of caution. A lot of times, after the interest free period, if you still have a balance, they will charge you all the interest back from day one. Be sure to read the fine prints.

Be VERY careful with this...if you need fast immediate stuff and you're fairly organized with money, its pretty nice; but considering you'll still be paying for it, imagine what what you could get for the same price in 2002! ;) Also, remember that some require a monthly fee (I think $10).

If you don't pay up, I think I read on one of them that interest was nearly 2.5%!

I believe best buy's is storewide - including computers...could be wrong.

I did this on some stereo stuff for my car last year. About 700 bucks with of stuff. And yes, at Circuit City, if you don't pay it off on time you will be charged all of the interest from the very first day. And they are very strict about recieving the payment on the date due listed on your bill every month.
