If you go to taco bell right now they have a donation program going on to help out "The Jimmy Fund" (helping kids fight cancer) and if you make a 2 dollar donation, they will give you a value card that is redeemable for $1 off any value meal for a year and also $5 off any jiffy lube oil change. Great deal for those Taco Smell fans.

This may or may not be a hot deal depending on the fund. Someone needs to look up "The Jimmy Fund" in order to find out how much money goes to the adminsters, and how much money actually gets donated. If 90% of your donations goes to feed peoples salaries, I would rather keep my two dollars, and spend both of them on value meals in the future instead of spending 2 dollars and getting 1 dollar back.

You get $1 back everytime you order a value meal you jerry, it's a hot deal regardless if it's a hot deal for the needy.

they have taco bell in the north east? that slogan "run for the border" doesn't seem to have the same effect unless you live in california. :confused:

$1 off a value meal? So basically, the coupon is good for a free drink if you
order the stuff in a value meal. At least where I live (MA), the value meals at
Taco Bell are hardly great deals...And since I usually buy myself to take back
to work (and hence don't need a drink since I get them at work for free), this
is barely a deal at all.

If you love the Value Meals, then it's obviously kind of a deal.
