This has worked for me 10+ times now. I have simply been asking friends to do it for me on their phone and give me the code. Works every time, and I am currently paid through March of 2014.
 
Can someone answer me lol? Is this US only? because my friend and I can't receive the code. It always say failure sent. ;(

It's a sprite promotion. Go to sprite.com and see if you can find any disclaimers, and that should answer your question.

I would also say the fact that it doesn't work for you is probably answer enough, but that just sounds mean.
