hi all,

my friend lives down the street, is there any seemingly economoical way for us to network our pcs via wireless means , what are the limitations to certain hardware, etc. I just want to play lan games with him and transfer files, etc. any help would be duely noted. also, he could share my internet connection. thanks.
 
your receiver (antanae's) MUST be in-line-of-sight. so if you can both put an antanaee on your roof then it shoudnt be a problem. you can check out the lucent site and give one of there sales reps a call and they will suggest something.
