I saw a demo where it shows download of 1Megabyte with a 56K thats bigger K so how many second should it be mathematically ?
 
56K modems run at 56Kb/s or about 5 KB/s. A MB is 1024 KB, so it's about 205 seconds, at absolute best performance. Keep in mind that the real max you can get is 53Kb/s (never 56Kb/s) and average is somewhere in the 40's. A good time for a 1MB download would probably be about four minutes. Average, probably around 5.
