is this 1 long tone then silence 1 long tone silence from mother board ((black screen).......ram or video
temps are 39-46
any idea?

Sounds like your RAM or CPU but most likely RAM. Or check your CPU fan to make sure it's running.

Also, make sure there is a 3pin fan plugged into the CPU fan header on teh mobo. Many mobos still require a CPU fan rpm signal for the first boot up.
