I've got one long crack going across my tile floor that spans about 10-15 tiles (so about 10-15'). It is generally a straight line, pretty narrow. I don't have the money to replace them or pay someone to do it right now. I watched a few vids, one said to use caulking, one said to use wood glue and nail polish remover to fill in the cracks. Other recommendations? Experience with "hiding" or filling in the cracks vs getting them all replaced?

To replace the tiles would cost you about 50 bucks if it is regular tile (<3 bucks a tile, thinset, grout plastic tools) and many hours learning to do it if you have never. Then it would probably break again because the substrate is giving your tile a hard time.
The crack will cause the tiles to rub together with use and temperature leading to more damage (crumbling)in the area. Wood glue or caulking might help to soften this effect, but it by no means is going to hold those broken pieces together. You will have to live with a small gap until you can get a proper repair. There isn't any common way to address such a problem and a lot of people would leave it until whole tiles started to come loose.

The floor underneath the tiles has moved. No point replacing them until you get the underlying problem fixed.

Thanks all. I'm pretty sure the youtube vid said nail polish remover and wood glue. Although it wasn't really to fix the problem, just fill and hide it. It's not a new construction, the house is going on about 9 years old. I noticed the crack a few months ago and read something that reminded me about it yesterday. I'll probably try to just fill the crack with some matching colored glue or caulk this weekend.
