I've run into a strange issue that had me wasting 2 hours pulling my hair out, resetting my router like a madman.

On one laptop with windows 10 pro installed, I am unable to access any router settings page; on my Huawei modem, ASUS and Netgear routers, no IP that allows me to login to the device is accessible.

I can connect to the internet without any issue from all these devices, wired and wirelessly. I've never faced such a problem before. They are effortlessly accessible with other laptops.

Are those pages HTTPS? Is your clock time/date, as well as Time Zone set properly? That could be the issue.

Figure out the IP of the PC , change the last number to a 1 in a browser. 80% chance you'll get it

Different AV or firewall on that computer? If you check the router from another PC, confirm that the computer in question is getting an IP address from the router in question, and not some "other" nearby device.

You may have 2 DHCP layers going on, which is not making you see the other layer.

As Cheeze states, you need to do an IPCONFIG output.

Also on any pc accessable to those pages, the routers WAN should not be a private IP, infact the DHCP should be entirely turned off for one of those devices as having 2 DHCP servers can be a pain unless you know what you are doing.
