If you think about it, that would mean they're literally millions of nude pics out there, yes there are lots of pics out there, but not millions that for sure; kids are not that stupid these days.

They must have done this study in some area in some random armpit of America.
 
Damn, 1/5 of teenagers out there admit they are pedophiles who possess and distribute child pornography. We're going to have to build a lot more prisons to contain all of them.
