1 GB SoDIMM? [SOLUTIONIZED]

The owner of a G4 PowerBook that I am working on right now said he wants more RAM (He has 1 Gig currently). However the PowerBook only has 2 memory bays, and as far as I know 1 gigabyte SoDIMM chips don't exist. Am I stupid? Can I get them somewhere? A while back I thought I saw something about Samsung making a 1gig chip for Centrino laptops, but being able to work with other systems as well.
