Need more info...like what timings are you running? Have you tried backing off the timings? Have you tried giving them more voltage?

Increasing voltage and backing off timings a bit may help but it is possible you have a bad stick of memory. Have you tried booting with 1 stick at a time?

This would be my answer too. Try the loosest timings, then start bumping up voltage. The faster the RAM, the looser the timings and the more voltage hungry it is.
