Wow.. This reminds me back 3 years ago... Some dumb@$$ on my bus was saying that it is impossible to drink a gallon of milk under 20 mins... What a dip$h!t... I drank it all in like 10mins (taking my time of course) and won $20...

The way it works is:

You have 1 hour to get the milk down.

After the milk is down, you have to hold it for 10 minutes.

So you could take 59:59, then hold for 10.
Or, in this case, 45 seconds, then hold for 10.

The 60 mins is the time limit to get it in your body basically.
