I needed the nehalem waterblock adapter for my Supreme acetal.
I literally got an email at 2AM launch day from Edvard himself, stating the adapter was now up for sale.
So, I order and pay via PayPal, and I accidently forgot to click return to retailer. I get an email 10 minutes later letting me know this and they just say file another order but say you paid in the comment but choose money order as a payment method, and I did.
So, roughly at 12PM my time I get a tracking, and 3 business days ago, it's at my mailbox.
I was confused at first since I thought it was a bracket, but then when I emailed, literally Edvard himself got back to me answering my stupid question (Since I didn't think I'd need to dissassemble the block it wasn't obvious to me ><) and he gave me a nice ppic of what to do for this installation within a few minutes.
I am very surprised since he's so far away and he got back so quickly to me on our timezone, I'm also happy that a watercooling legend like himself still does his own commerce and actually helps his customers.
+1 for EK, atleast you know their owner isn't doing other stuff that's more important. Clearly he loves his craft and what he does.
