Yes. Your body no longer has any muscular control, so inevitably if you have anything in your bladder or bowels, it will be released. A little something something for the mortician.

EDIT: Back in the days of public executions, supposedly hanging a man could cause him to involuntarily (in the interests of not getting this locked, you can guess what I mean). Just part of the spectacle for the crowd.
