It looks to me like they are trying to sell the specifications for a dollar, although I don't think Newegg is into deceptive buisness practices, but check out how the word specifications isn't bolded and the rest of the sentence is. Gotta wonder.

Looks like they were just giving you the specs of the card. They'll probably raise the price as soon as its availible.
