1 Diagnostic LED Still On

hello all. i just built my first system, using the specs below, and it will not boot. it stops with 1 diagnostic LED lit and then the speaker beeps for about 3 seconds. it hangs on the VGA light. i dont know what to do and calling DFI is no help at all. i dont know what else to do. please help. thanks in advance.
