Yes, they even come to pick you up from your home, take you down there, show you around, and bring you back to your house. My parents took one. I don't know where they found it.

I only asked this because one of my relative is coming down to San Diego next week and they wanted a day tour in Mexico. I don't know where to begin. Any help for finding an honest agency is appreciated.
