Was about to call a "repost," but this is nicely done.

BTW: The free shipping and no tax (since it is from Dell Home) make this a smokin deal!

BTW: If I had the $$$, I'd bite on this.
BTW2: This is an especially nice unit for for a conference room in a small business.

My dad just ordered a 51" Sony Yesterday lol but it was at a smoking deal at 1800$ and no delivery charge. Where will you get a deal like that so he bought it. He doesn't like the Plasma anyway he likes TV thicker and bigger don't ask me why

Doesn't like plasma? I was just shopping for a new tv last Saturday... The annoying salesperson had to suggest the $9999.95 plasma TV. Wow. I liked it! (but, I'd never pay $10,000 for a tv, and I certainly wouldn't accept a $1000 discount to buy the floor model, as was suggested)

Don't plasma's only handle 720P resolution at most? I don't think I've
seen one that will do HDTV at higher res.

the ones your talking about are Enhanced Definition plasmas. The High Definition plasmas (Sony, Pioneer, etc...) actually do 1080 lines :) p.s. - this plasma and any other plasma under 5k isnt even enhanced definition, its just a regular monitor.
