My local Best Buy has had these underneath the counter at each register for at least a month. I never have asked about them, but it appears it is a giveaway type deal. You might want to ask about them next time you are checking or at least keep your eyes open to see if any are at the register.
They had them sitting out at my local BB today and I picked one up on the way to checkout, just to check the price... It rang up at 14.99, and I asked why it was listed at .01?? They said that the one cent price is when bought in combination with a Playstation 2... Best of luck to you if you can get someone to give it to you for a penny....
I saw this in a sunday Best Buy ad. Bascially, if you bought a Playstation 2 from Best Buy you got this DVD for free - that was the deal. Thats probably why its listed only as a penny, and in the Playstation 2 section.

I just picked up 21 at my best buy! The girl had to ring up every single order separately, make an imprint of my CC and have me sign every one. The line built up quite a bit behind me!
Received mine yesterday.
