1 bay USB 3.0 HDD dock + card reader = $10 AR @ Newegg

Accord to the picture, that SD card reader is only SDHC compatible, not SDXC. Probably why this is so cheap. (Maybe there's a firmware update to read SDXC cards? That would make this a sweeter deal.)
 
Just the docking station in itself is a great deal, rarely you find them at 10 dollar. SD card reader is a bonus.
