1.9V = 1.75V ? Very Odd......

I have an Abit TH7-II. When I set the voltage to default, the PC Health Status only reads ~1.69V. So I tried manual voltage setting of 1.775V, and it still read it as ~1.69V. Only when I jacked up the voltage to 1.9V, it reports it as 1.75V!
What give?
Any other TH7-II owners have the same problem?

Yea My voltage is set to default 1.75V volts but when I check it in the PC Health in the bios it reads my core voltage @ 1.6V? Either it's reporting it wrong and needs a bios update to fix or the board's really runing the cpu @ 1.6V. Also I have noticed typo's in the bios regarding explinations on the side.
