Just wondering if anyone knew how to get 1.9 or 1.95 volts on a p3b-f with a coppermine.

Thanks.

ASUS boards default to allowing up to 0.30 volts above default for any processor. If you wanted to get 1.90 or 1.95 volts, get a cC0 stepping processor, which defaults at 1.70 volts.

You can also try to get the latest BIOS....in one of the revisions they increased the maximum voltage. The latest BIOS for the P3B-F is version 1008 Beta 001.

I think that there was a bios update a while back that allowed the voltage to go higher than before.

I can set mine from 1.65 to 1.95, seems easy enough to me. Do you have the P3B-F and can't get it that high? If so then seems a bios update is in order as has been suggested.
