how many RPM are you spinning at 70 mph?

hopefully it's less than the 4200 @ 80 MPH of the 87 Jetta I drove for a while (and that was a 5-speed!). Sounded like a freaking beehive.

dunno about the jetta but my 1.8T audi a4 quattro spins around 3100 at 5th gear

i have a 97 5 speed, and it hauls of the line

I doubt it has ratios that close tho😉 The ones thomsbrain posted are similar to ITR ratios.

I have a '99 and it goes at around 4000 @ 80MPH, 5 speed... it has some insanely close ratios and hauls like crazy for the 115hp it has, and i still get 30mpg
