I couldn't find a post about this, but I remember reading that you could bridge the first two pins or something on a 1.8A to make it boot up as a 2.4B or something? Could someone verify or explain this to me? Messing around w/ a gBox for my friend, and it won't let me get DDR 333 unless its a B processor. I've run the chip at 2.4 in my computer, so I'm pretty sure it can handle it.

I don't know where the site is but it showed that either clipping a pin or bridging a pair of pins on the CPU would force a defauld FSB of 133 instead of the original 100 of the 1.8a. But that is nothing that you can't go into your BIOS and change yourself.
