1.7 Vcore safe for Northwood?

I'm using a Northwood 1.8A on an Asus P4S333.

Asus Probe reports 1.696v idle / 1.632v full load. CPU temperature at 53 celcius.

Is the voltage safe for the Northwood CPU? Is the temperature OK as well (using Intel stock cooler)?

So is my heatsink limiting my overclock? Would getting something like a Swiftech P4 (I have used and love the Swiftech MC462, too bad can't use it here ) cooler help?

Right now, I'm doing 18x140=2520 mhz.

itll get you lower temps ~ but not a higher overclock.
