1.6a @ 2.4 temps

Can you guys tell me your temps when your 1.6a is at 2.4 with stock hsf?

Mine gets up to 57C when running prime95. I think that's too high right? I think I didn't apply AS right. I'll probably redo it.
 
Your temps are ok. I wouldn't be concerned. Besides case flow, other factor is room temperature. You can also switch to a dual fan power supply to reduce temps.
 
Yeah, Abit tends to report on the high side. I'd say you are ok. The AS will help some. I run ~ 52C 1.6A @ 2.4 1.65 Vcore stock HS/F with ASII on an Epox 4BDA2+.
 
A while since I used the stock hsf and were at 2.4 😛, it was 42C under load if I remember correctly.

Edit: this is on an Asus P4B533-E and the case temp was 36C.

My 1.6a @ 2.4 is 51c while running prime95. My other stressing programs such as seti or counter strike 🙂 only get it up to 48c. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
