1 6950 or 2 for eyefinity

I am building a new computer. My plan right now is a 2600k, 8gigs of ram, ASRock P67 Extreme4 (was going to get the ASUS P8P67 PRO but it had enough bad reviews about ram compatibility that I changed my mind) and I haven't picked out my psu yet. I can't decide if I want to get 1 6950 or 2. I am planning on flashing to 6970 but does anyone have first hand experience with a single 6950 on 3 monitors at 5760x1200? Mostly I play BF:BC2.

Buy one, if you don't like it, but a second. It's not like stock is low or prices will rise or anything.
