I have a full size seagate HD, how should this be mounted in my case? I was thinking about getting one of those removeable drive bays taht fit in the 5.25" slots that have a fan. Can someone point me to one that would work for this HD? The height is 1.6". Also, if i were just to use HD brackets, would that fit inside the 5.25" slot as well?

It sound like you have a half-height 3.5" drive instead of the more typical low-profile 1" high 3.5" drive. Brackets that let you fit 3.5" drives in a 5.25" bay should work.

yes, the mounting kit should work. and depends on the exact height of the drive and the bay, the top of your half height drive might be touching the bottom of the device on top on you HH drive. which might cause a problem. so maybe you need to leave the space on top of it empty (it depends)
