1.54V CPu for AMD 4400+ it is to much ?

Hi i'm just starting to push my good old amd 4400 s939 X2 Teledo core the only way to be able to reach 2750 stable is to boost my vcore voltage to 1.5v it is safe ?? or I will fry up my cpu eventually ??

my mobo temp on full load stay 30C 32C and CPU never go over 44 cel on full load ( i'm water cooled)

Stock is 1.4v so 1.54v is a hair under 10% and this is a safe range for air cooling....you are doing water so you can push 15% easy...1.6v...temps look very good...
