1.4vcore too much on a H20 cooled Q9650?

I keep mine at 1.392 (cpu-z) 24/7. From my reading at the time there was plenty of people at XS doign 1.4 and above, I got the idea (although not explicitly stated) that 1.4 was the upper limit of reasonable safety before you started to become Xtreme.

I personally prefer to keep mine under 1.4v BIOS but have gone as high as 1.6v in testing to see how high I can get. Suprisingly, the jump from 1.4 up through 1.6 gained verry little in the terms of overall speed.

I'd like to try out one of those Gigabyte UD3 boards and see how high I can get the FSB. Also contemplating an Asus Rampage Formula X48 board for 500 fsb. Is 500fsb on an X48 Rampage board a for sure thing?
