Duvie, how's your 3000+ system running (stable) I just ordered a similar setup from newegg.com. Any issues with the motherboard or with overclocking?

Rcok solid so far!!! Little issue with PATA and SATA harddrives but I solved that.....Other then that it is prime solid as you have seen from my post...or maybe not....

14 hours at 2691mhz w/ 1.58v but I generally run 2600mhz w/ 1.47v......Still have my eyes on a few things to get 2700mhz stable at 1.58v and 300FSB...

duvie what voltages are you quoteing?

Funny thing I've noticed with these chips is load Vcore is about .05 higher than idle. Also Bios settings are very diff from CPU-Z read.

Mines .075 off!!!!

Anyway I just say CPU-Z idle Vcore.:)

Yep I have been saying this for weeks...however I will give idle vcore of 1.47v and it will load at 1.49v the highest I will see with corecenter or repeatedly hitting cpu_z refresh....I have said from the beginning I have been getting a good .02v clib under extreme loads

Like I said in another thread the further I climbed in vcore the less and less the undervolting of the board was...

1.5v with 3.3% = .07-.08v undervolt - to - 1.5v with 10% = .03v undervolt.....

Very strange all around

Duvie,
(Sorry if you've already answered these elsewhere on the forum)
What issues did you run into with the PATA harddrives?
What are you using as far as cooling goes (CPU fan, Case fans, Special Heat Exchangers, etc)?
What end apps are you running(Games, Video, Audio, Imaging, etc)?
