I have a Koolance system and am looking to upgrade the waterblock for my CPU in my system. The only problem with this is that the Koolance system uses 1/4" Tubing and the waterblocks I am looking at all have 1/2" fittings. What would be the easiest way to convert this and where would I find the parts neccesary to do so? Thanks...

BTW, what's the best waterblock I could find to use for an Athlon XP 2500+ @ 2.45GHZ? Thanks.

Not really familiar with the Koolance systems, but if the barbs were the tubing is coming out of is cooper you might be able to solder in the larger 1/2 barbs. You could also go to your local hardware or plumbing store and pick up some 1/4" to 1/2" hose adapters and some clamps.

Best waterblocks are the Cascade & White Water.

JDogg, dump the Koolance system. How can you expect decent cooling with only 1/4" tubing? You can't! 3/8" tubing is the bare minimum I would start at. As for water blocks, Danger Den's Maze 4 is the best. Period.

maze 4 the best? most sites say that it barely does better than the maze 3. cascade is the top and ww is #5.
